Where does our footage live?
Encrypted in transit and at rest on Cloudflare's network. Originals are never public — every view goes through the portal.
What if a review link leaks?
Magic links expire after 24 hours and die on first use. A leaked link is stale by tomorrow — re-send in one click.
Do our creators need accounts?
No. The link signs them in. No password, no invite flow, no "request access."
Who counts as a seat?
Editors and producers who upload and manage. Reviewers — your creators and their teams — are unlimited on every plan.
Can the portal run on our domain?
Studio ships a yourstudio.review subdomain; Agency puts the portal on review.yourstudio.com.
